Gowtham (Sumanth) is an ad filmmaker creates an imaginary model for one of his ad films. That model happens to be Meenakshi (Vedika), whose engagement gets canceled due to Gowtham’s sleazy ads. Meenakshi comes to Hyderabad from Vizag to take action on that ad agency. On the other hand, a group of terrorists’ plans to destroy Hyderabad and Zarina (Sindhu Tulani), a journalist investigates on this issue and plans to expose the facts behind terrorists’ attacks. How they manage to bust the terrorists conspiracy and come out clean forms the basis for the remaining part of the story.
Sumanth is good. But he should make sure that he does different kinds of roles to increase his span instead of sticking to similar kinds of roles in all films. Vedhika got a role in this film which has good connection with the story line and she did good. The finishing touch to Brahmanandam’s character as Jhonny is hilarious. Raghubabu’s comedy in first half gives us a lot of relief. Sindhu Tulani is neat in her small role.
The biggest technical asset of the film is wonderful cinematography. Screenplay of the film is uninteresting. Direction is mediocre. The establishment of love between main leads was not affectively handled. Dialogues are okay. Taking and shot-making of the film is old-fashioned. Raghu Kunche’s background music is pandering.
First half of the film is mediocre. The second half is not up to the mark. A thin story like this should be dealt with lot of skill and should be filled with tender moments. But unfortunately, it is filled with routine and predictable stuff. On a whole Daggaraga Dooramga not worth your ticket, skip it in theatres.
Bottom-line: E Cinema Theatre ki Koncham Dooramga undade !!
