Sai Dharam Tej, Balu, is a Hanuman loving cab driver who stumbles across an innocent, NRI boy with a mission, Sunny [Mikhail Gandhi] who gets lost in Hyderabad and cannot find his caretaker. Seeing his situation on footpath, Balu takes him to his home. He develops a strong, loving friendship with the boy, but eventually takes it upon himself to complete the secret mission of Sunny. This film tells an endearing story of how Balu and Narayan Rao [Sai Kumar], custodian of Jagruthi Trust in Anantapur, try to finish the hard task of going against malefic millionaire Vikram Sarkar [Kabir Duhan Singh] and winning the trust lands for 15000 trust families.

Positives:

• A Mega fan, and liked recent films like Sardaar Gabbar Singh & Sarrainodu? Then this is for you.
• The film clearly belongs to Sai Dharam Tej who looks massy and hardheaded person and does full justice to his part, towering over other performers. Also, child actor Mikhail Gandhi gives an promising performance.
• Want a good laugh? You can easily count of “Zing Zing” & “Coffee” Sequences (For Few times). Nothing comes close to his director’s “801” scenes in Pataas.
• The sound track by Sai Karthik is decent and Cinematography by Sai Sriram is in sync with the theme of film.

The Negatives:

• Too predictable story & screenplay – It looks like a cocktail of Aadi, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Pasivadi Pranam, Lingaa and a sequence from Son of Satyamurthi. The script was definitely nothing to brag about – I honestly expected more from Pataas fame Anil Ravipudi.
• I think Raashi Khanna should have been given more lines/appearance but it was clear when was just meant to be the item girl.
• Length of the movie – Too long. There were plenty of scenes that were dragged to the core.. A good 30 minutes could have easily been cut out.
• Ravi Kishen gets the award for worst actor in this film. If Kabir Duhan Singh had co-goons with a good character arcs, this could have looked little better.
• Much hyped “Andam Hindolam” seemed like a filler song meant for Mega Fans.
• Some of the action sequences are outrageous – too many chase shot that are getting old and predictable. There is this one scene where Truck were crashing into each other for about 5 minutes. Even the “Handicap Hanuman Vyayam Shala” and “Dont Sound Horn” concepts looked silly on screen.
• Its a commercial entertainer – just dont forget to leave your fantastic brains at home or else you will cringe to the core for few sequences. Just for example, Father realizes his mistake and joins as a ATM security guard. Then Sai Dharam tells to Sunny “Thats how i wanted to see my dad. Thanks for everything.” (Seriously? People dream to see their father as security guard??).
• The dialogues are quite poor.

Disappointing! That’s all I can say about Anil Ravipudi’s second directorial outing, the much hyped ‘Supreme’. The film is a retrograde of stuff you have seen again and again, and there’s little point wasting your time over it. I’m going with 2 stars.
