After Mega Superhit Gamyam the lead Sharvanand and Allari Naresh team up together for “Nuvva Nena”. This has been directed by a newcomer Narayana and stars Shriya as heroine. Vamsi Krishna Srinivas has produced the film on “S.V.K.Cinema” banner. Let’s check out the review more details.

Story starts off when Avinash (Allari Naresh) and Chanti (Ali) stole 60 lakhs from Amalapuram Inspector and run away to Hyderabad. Here Avinash falls in Love with Dr. Nandini (Shriya). On the other hand Anand (Sharwanand) who is suffering from a typical phobic disorder gets to meet Dr. Nandini for Treatment. Even Anand falls in love with Nandini. How they both fight to impress her. Who wins her heart? Forms the rest of the storyline.

It was a cake walk for Allari Naresh, Sharvanand who is doing a comic character for the first time suited his character. He reduced some weight looked Glamorous. Shriya did a SIZZLING job. Though the entire story runs around her she didn’t have interesting character to play. Esp. in the first song and Surr song Shriya was rattling with her Belly and Cleavage stuff. Bharamanandam and Kovai Sarala provided much required entertainment throughout the flick. The Spoofs by Bhrami were HILARIOUS; Esp. Hrudayam Ekkada undi and Kilimanjaro were excellent and entertaining. Vimla Raman was Hot in the Item Song. Rests of the characters were good as usual.

Story line of the flick is very thin and regular line, two guys’ falls in love with one girl, tries to impress her throughout the flick and in the climax she marries the unknown guy. Debutant director Narayana has no GRIP on the script and DIRECTION could have been HANDLED better. Bheems Music feels like you heard them before somewhere; Especially the BGM was full on inspired stuff. Even picturization of the songs were not up to the mark. Cinematography is Mediocre. Dialogues were average. Editing was not up to the mark. Production values were okay.

Survi Verdict:

First half of the film is ADEQUATE. The Second half of the movie is slow, Predictable and DRAGGED a lot. The Positives of the flim are Oomph factor of Shriya, Spoof’s by BHRAMI and Decent performances. On the other side are Insuffiecinet Screenplay, lacks Gripping Narration, Thin Story Line, Editing and Second Half. On the whole, Nuvva Nena is a Disappointing fare. You can avoid watching this flick Theatres.
