After Successful Guy Ritchtie’s Sherlock Homes (2009) the second installment of Sherlock Homes arrives two years after the 1st installment. The Sherlock Homes : A Game Of Shadows starts off when Sherlock Homes (Robert Downey Jr.) stop Irene Adler (Rachel Mc Adams) to tap a Package. where he finds a shadowy nemeis  of BRAINIAC James Moriarty (Jared Harris) and joins himself in the game. Then he goes and meets Madam Simza Heron (Noomi Rapace) who actually indeed to receive the Irene Adler’s Package. Where he relates every thread of attacks in recent times to max. extend. On the other side Dr. Watson (Jude Law) married with Mary. When Moriarty IMPERILS to kill new couple. How Sherlock stops BALEFUL Moriarty ? Will he save Dr. Watson and Couple? find the remaining answers in the flick.

Performances & Technical Efforts:

Coming to pleasurable performances Robert Downey and Jude Law must given a special appreciation. They were just apt to their characters and given everything what the character demanded. Noomi Rapace, Irene Adler were fine as Simza Heron & Rachel Mc Adams. Remaining cast was substantiating.

Director Guy Ritchie was decent. He failed to narrate the story interesting engaging way, but Guy was at his best picturising  fantastic action episodes. Cinematography (by Philippe Rousselot) is nice.  Music by Hans Zimmer is the main asset for the movie. Editing ( by James Herbert) was could been crisp. Production works were grand.

Survi Verdict:

Sherlock Homes: A Game of Shadows starts off interesting way but lags a lot in the middle. Slow motion shots and Fight sequences in the second half are the major positives for the movie. Positives of Sherlock Homes 2 are Performances by the lead, Music by Hans Zimmer, Fight Sequences. On the Flip side its Slow Narration, Dragged Scenes at interval, Unexplained scenes like,

* How Sherlock Homes pinned down Moriarty as the Mastermind behind the Blasts??

* If Moriarty was so sharp and intellectual how can he leave his men with MARK for assassination at World Peace Summit??

Facts thats mis judged:

* Story Takes place in 1891 but homes shown using one Lip Stick tube which was actually invented in 1915

* Watson sents a telegram which includes some details of Moriarty’s book. But Sherlock Homes takes the same information book after the scene.

On the whole Sherlock Homes: A Game Of Shadows is not as good as the first, but still Sherlock Homes 2 a Decent Entertainer that can watched once for Lead Performances & Fight Sequences.
