A well knit tale, the story is set on the backdrop of Delhi and here lives Shruti (anushka) who hails from a middle class family. However, she has a stable head over her shoulders and is clear about what she wants in life. Her plans are clear and Shruti is waiting for the chance to implement them. On the other hand, there is Bittoo (ranveer singh) who is a student at the Delhi University and is a happy go lucky guy. He is rather aimless and takes life as it comes. However, fate brings both Shruti and Bittoo together and a sequence of events get them to start a wedding planning business. From there on, they involve in various marriages in Delhi and while they face the challenges, they also realize another truth. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Maneesh Sharma (Director) comes up with entertaining storyline and attractive narration.Anushka Sharma impresses as the confident and spirited creative head, and Ranveer Singh arrives as a full-fledged actor in his debut film..Aseem Mishra’s cinematography is top-notch, bringing to life the colour-palette and flamboyance of Indian weddings in every frame.Salim-Sulaiman songs which are already ruling the charts are all brilliantly shot, with an apt background score, beautiful choreography by Vaibhavi Merchant.
